Hy!

How can I make round corners on my phpBB2 templates, like in phpBB3.
Also, I want every forum (section) of the board to be a bit independent... like a bit of space between, also like in phpBB3. And how to put on every section Topics, Posts, Last Post, and not just in the first one?
I want it to look a bit like phpBB3. icon_redface.gif

Your MOD ads also Topics, Posts, Last Post. It is writen for subSilver, so I'm having some trouble understanding the needed changes.

I've downloaded this template and I will take a look at index.php, but to be honest, I'm not really a programmer, but more of an amateur, so I'm not sure I will get it. icon_smile.gif Maybe if someone could make an easy tutorial, would be great. Or if it's not too much to ask and someone wants to, somebody can do the changes for me. I am using 4 templates, but one is subSilver, one is X-men, wich is almost exactly like subSilver, and only to other different skins...

Moving to the Styles area for further discussion, thanks. Please do keep in mind the forum descriptions when entering a new topic, it will help keep things organized. icon_smile.gif

I would also have some trouble in understanding the needed changes for another template. icon_wink.gif

I guess it's just a matter of trial and error until you find the exact manner.

That's one of the good things of having a local board, you can mess around without upsetting your live board's visitors. icon_smile.gif

You could download the following style (proSilver for phpBB2) and save yourself a lot of trouble.

I have downloaded prosilver for phpbb2 and it's works pretty well except for an error that some times happens where board images tile.

It's an odd error that effects some users with FireFox3 with Adblock Plus 1.0

It's a very odd error.

Indeed, it is ugly. icon_confused.gif I guess that template has not been very tested. icon_rolleyes.gif

Prosilver uses images for round corners. It uses different images for the different places it's used. :]

Yes, I know that the corners are actually images. I've realise that. But it's hard to do the same for other templates. icon_rolleyes.gif

I round the tables with CSS and it usually works out pretty well. For example, at the forumline in my forums.css I added the following

Code:
.forumline
{
   border: 1px solid #cccccc;
   width: 100%;
   margin: 0 0% 20px 0%;
   -webkit-border-radius: 5px;
   -moz-border-radius: 5px;
   border-radius: 5px;
   background: #ffffff;
}

change according to what your colors are of course.

Cool! I put it into action on this site and it appears to work for the browsers I have tested so far.
