The Faq, Search, Memberlist, Usergroup etc links at the top. What files do I need to edit to change them? I want to change "FAQ" to "Home" and have it link to the frontpage of the website.

I've so far managed to change the word "FAQ" to "Home", but I can't work out where to set that button to a URL.

templates>your style>overall-header.tpl is what you are looking for. The links are in there. If you are linking to a "page" that is not in phpBB2 then be sure to put in the full URL.
To change each of the names from faq, search etc then look in language>lang_english>lang_main.php
